This mare shows incredible athletic talent despite the fact that she is only pasture sound due to racing injuries. She has produced very athletic individuals with a great deal of jumping talent as well as beautiful movement. Frank has produced 3 winners at Devon with her first colt LJS Red Deco cleaning up in both hunters and dressage! This mare is a mare of a lifetime, always producing better than herself (which is saying something). "Frank's" foals have been wonderful to date with many in-hand wins at Breeding shows and under saddle. All of her foals that went to inspections have received Premiums! This mare had DAD winners 2 years in a row! Her spectacular colt LJS Red Deco was #1 USEF Hunter In-Hand PA Bred 2007 and leading the Green Hunter PA Bred for 2008. This big boy (17.3h) has had numerous wins under saddle in the hunter ring and just keeps getting better. He now is competing in Children's Jumpers and Equitation and is always in the ribbons. Her 2005 colt by Happy Hour won his RPSI class at Dressage at Devon in 2005 and is an "all around" amateur horse for his owners. She then had a wonderful filly by Art Deco that won the open filly class and her RPSI class at Fairhill Dressage and then went on to win the RPSI class at Dressage at Devon 2006. This filly sadly developed a respiratory non-genetic issue that has prevented her to be ridden but she will surely make a wonderful broodmare someday. Frank foaled a gorgeous chestnut filly 3/22/07 by Prince Optimus! Sad news, we lost our beautiful Peppermint Patty due to a freak stall accident. "Frank's" 2008 colt by Cor Noir went Premium at his inspection and was 2nd in his RPSI class at Fairhill Dressage Breed Show 2008. We believe he is destined for the hunter/jumper ring but would do equally well in dressage. He currently is showing on the line and doing extremely well for his owners who look forward to his undersaddle debut in 2011 in the hunter ring. To Be Frank had a colt by Sempatico March 23, 2009. To Be Frank foaled a stunning tobiano filly by Sempatico in 2010. She is super sweet and a fantastic mover like her full brother. She went Gold Premium at her inspection and placed 2nd at Fair Hill Dressage Breed Show with a 77.1 with an 8.0 for her trot. We are considering keeping this beautiful girl. She will be shown at DAD 2011 in Open Yearling Filly class!! To Be Frank had a beautiful bay turning gray filly by Royal Appearance. This filly would be a super eventing candidate but surely could show in many disciplines with her versatile bloodlines. This filly sold to an eventing home. To Be Frank was bred to the beautiful buckskin Oldenburg stallion Good as Gold (unfortunately recently deceased) for a 2012 foal. She delivered a stunning and flashy palomino filly! We expect this foal to do extremely well in the hunter/jumper ring or eventing. For sale. |
